This helps ensure the project stays within the free 8-hour timeframe.

Realistic Expectations
While the free 8-hour setup provides a comprehensive foundation for your Shopify store, it’s important to understand that the websites designed using this free setup plan are simple websites with a prototype design, especially on the homepage. The goal is to quickly launch your Shopify website with Minimum Viable Products (MVP) into the market. This enables you to gather feedback, refine your products, and iterate your website’s homepage and user experience in a phased manner to achieve product-market fit.
Ongoing development, customization, and scaling may require additional effort and investment, which would fall under our paid services. Clients are encouraged to openly discuss their long-term goals with us to determine the best pathway forward.

Upgrading to Paid Services
If your project requires work beyond the free 8-hour services, we offer an easy upgrade process to paid services. The transition to paid services will be discussed transparently to prevent any misunderstandings regarding scope and costs. Paid services are billed at 1,000 INR per hour per expert.
Cancellation and Refund Policies for Paid Services

Once you’ve opted for any paid services and the work has commenced, cancellations are not accepted. As our paid services begin promptly after the upgrade, resources are immediately allocated, and work begins without delay.

No Refunds for Paid Services
For any paid services beyond the initial 8-hour free setup, refunds are not available. Clients are encouraged to ensure that all their requirements are clearly communicated and agreed upon before starting any paid engagement.
