Services such as WAHOO Developer are billed hourly at posted rates (₹2,000/hour unless otherwise stated). Digital product sales, subscriptions, or trials are final unless otherwise noted.

3. 🛑 Refunds & Cancellations
Due to the nature of digital services and on-demand consultations, no refunds will be issued after work has begun or assets have been delivered.
You may cancel a pre-booked session with 24 hours’ notice. Anything less, and we still charge—because, you know, calendars exist.
4. 🔐 Data & Privacy
We collect minimal data to provide our services. We don't sell your information. We may track your interaction with AI bots to improve performance, but your secrets are not our business model.
5. 🤖 AI-Generated Results
WAHOO BOOTCAMP uses OpenAI technologies to provide automations, GPT-based tools, and personalized recommendations. These results are probabilistic, not prophetic—we can’t guarantee 100% accuracy or performance at all times.
In short: AI is smart. But still not magic. Use judgment.
6. 📚 Educational Tools
WAHOO School, WAHOO Tutor, and WAHOO Classroom are designed to enhance—not replace—traditional education. Use them as study aids or teaching tools, not substitutes for real teachers or exam prep regulations.
7. 🧨 Limitation of Liability
WAHOO BOOTCAMP is not liable for any losses, damages, or business decisions made based on AI-generated outputs or third-party Shopify apps integrated into your store.
You assume all risks when using our tools, services, and digital products. Don’t blame us if your chatbot turns existential.
8. 📍 Jurisdiction
This agreement is governed by the laws of India, State of Tamil Nadu. Disputes will be handled in Coimbatore Legal Jurisdiction, or in a civil Zoom call if we’re feeling nice.
